This page covers the static marketing website at the domain that hosts these HTML pages. The Why This Health Plan application will have a separate product privacy policy that governs account data, health-adjacent information, and your choices in the app.
What this site collects
The marketing site is intended to be lightweight. The only storage we set from this template is a browser local preference if you click OK on the cookie notice (to hide the banner). That value is not sent to a server by this static page alone.
Hosting and logs
Your host (e.g. Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, or similar) may process connection metadata such as IP address and path as part of normal site delivery. See your provider’s documentation for details.

For privacy questions, use the contact method you publish for the product. Replace this paragraph in your deployment.
